ORDER CANCELLATIONS

The commitment
To maintain the Silqology standard and ensure our 14-day fulfillment window, our process begins the moment your selection is secured. Because our raw Vietnamese hair is sourced and prepared with uncompromising intention, we do not offer a cancellation grace period.

The Curation Phase
Upon purchase, your selection immediately enters our curation and quality control process. At this stage, the order is locked for production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Pre-Order Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are securing a pre-order item and agree to the 14-day curation timeline prior to dispatch. All pre-order selections are final sale.
