To ensure the unrivalled cuticle alignment and structural density of our Raw Vietnamese textures, each pre-order is meticulously sourced and inspected.

Timeline
Please allow two weeks for curation and quality control before dispatch. You will receive a personal shipping confirmation and tracking number once your strands have passed our final inspection.

Delivery Protocol
All Silqology orders are shipped with a signature requirement to ensure your investment is secured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Zones
Silqology currently offers exclusive shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France & Belgium. We do not offer international delivery outside of these regions at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid logistical delays.

International Orders
Please note that international clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred by their local government upon entry.
